Description

A soundbath is a 60-minute immersive journey designed to shift the body from a state of stress into deep restoration. The experience begins with guided breathwork and meditation, incorporating visualization to ground the mind. From there, you are led through a curated soundscape centered on the high-frequency resonance of 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, supported by gongs, Koshi chimes, rain sticks, the hand pan, and traditional Tibetan bowls.

What makes these sessions unique is the integration of my captivating voice and intentional language, which provides a narrative thread throughout the experience. In the heart of the journey, I weave in song to deepen the emotional connection, creating a space that feels both sacred and personal. The session concludes with dedicated time for grounding and integration, ensuring you return to the present feeling balanced and clear.

Benefits

• Neurological Shift: By playing two notes of the same pitch at different frequencies, the sound encourages Brainwave Entrainment. This helps the brain transition from the high-alert Beta state into Alpha and Theta states, which are associated with deep meditation, creativity, and cellular healing.

• Nervous System Regulation: The combination of guided breathwork and restorative sound triggers the parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" mode), effectively lowering cortisol levels and reducing physical symptoms of stress and anxiety.

• Emotional Release & Clarity: Through the use of intentional language and song, these sessions provide a safe container for emotional processing. The sound vibrations can help "unlock" stagnant energy, leading to a sense of lightness and mental clarity.

• Improved Sleep & Focus: Regular exposure to these frequencies is known to improve sleep quality by training the brain to access deeper states of rest, while the integration phase at the end of the session helps sharpen cognitive focus and presence.

• Physical Resonance: Because the human body is primarily water, the vibrations of the crystal bowls and gongs act as a "sonic massage" at a cellular level, helping to ease physical tension and promote a sense of overall well-being.

About the Host

As a singer-songwriter and storyteller, my focus is on connection—using sound to make people feel. I am a versatile multi-instrumentalist, moving fluently between piano and guitar and across diverse genres. Whether I’m performing original music on a stage like Latitude or reimagining covers for an intimate dining set, I lead with a unique, captivating voice that commands the room.

In my healing practice, I facilitate deep restoration through the high-frequency vibrations of crystal singing bowls, using the voice as a rhythmic guide. My approach is defined by the use of intentional language, providing a narrative thread that anchors the listener and deepens the meditative journey. By combining the purity of the bowls with a modern, linguistic approach to mindfulness, I offer a sound experience that is both intellectually grounding and spiritually expansive, designed to lead the audience into a state of profound presence.
