Workshop
Description
Format: 60–90 minutes
Audience: Executives, leadership teams, client-facing professionals, legal professionals
This Broadway-informed experience translates stage training into practical tools for leadership, persuasion, and influence. Participants learn how posture, breath, voice, and narrative structure work together to command attention and build credibility in high-stakes environments.
Through guided exercises, participants explore:
-
How physical alignment and breath affect perceived authority
-
Vocal techniques that increase clarity and engagement
-
Nervous system tools to reduce performance anxiety under pressure
-
Foundational storytelling principles that make ideas memorable and emotionally resonant
Participants will practice transforming dry information into concise, compelling narratives that invite investment and connection. For legal professionals, the workshop can be tailored to courtroom delivery, client communication, negotiations, and persuasive argumentation.
The emphasis is not on performing theatrically, but on communicating from a grounded, authentic place so that audiences listen, understand, and care.
Benefits
Stronger executive presence, improved persuasive communication, reduced public speaking anxiety, enhanced credibility, and more engaging storytelling.

About the Host
My experience spans from Broadway stages to elite fitness training to psychotherapy. I’ve spent years working in creative, high-performance spaces and feel most alive when I help bring people together through embodied expression. As a performer and speaker, I enjoy designing experiences that help individuals learn new skills, reconnect with their creativity, and access a greater sense of presence. As I complete my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with certification in Expressive Arts Therapy, my work continues to center on the relationship between creativity, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. I’m especially drawn to exploring how movement, art, and breath can help shift us out of fight-or-flight and into greater alignment with ourselves.
Certifications & Credentials
My background is in Broadway performance, and my current pursuit is Expressive Arts Therapy. I love to bridge the gap between storytelling, embodiment, and mental health. I have extensive performance experience, and my recent training in psychotherapy and Expressive Arts Therapy has sharpened my group facilitation skills.
