Participants begin with a short contextual framing on attention and overstimulation in modern work. Following a gentle arriving practice, participants are guided through seated or lying-down listening. The session features a live sound immersion designed to facilitate nervous system down-regulation, followed by an integration segment where participants notice shifts in their mood, physical state, and mental pace. An optional reflection round closes the session if desired.
