This workshop is built around the CliftonStrengths assessment, which helps people understand their natural talent patterns and how to use them more intentionally at work. It gives people a clear language for what they do best, how they contribute, and what they need from others to thrive.
Participants typically complete the online assessment first (it takes around 20 minutes), and then join a session where we bring the results to life through discussion, reflection, and practical application.
The focus is not on “fixing weaknesses.” It’s about noticing what comes naturally, building on it, and using it in a way that improves confidence, collaboration, and performance

Additional Experience Info
Participants complete an assessment that shows their top 5 or top 34 strengths depending on the need. The price for CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment is USD $25 per person and $65 per person for the Full 34 assessment.

About the Host
Hi! I’m a facilitator who creates high-energy, outcomes-focused sessions for global audiences. I build psychologically safe, engaging environments where people practice, receive feedback, and leave with tools they’ll actually use. I work with teams and leaders across EU, APAC, MEA, and the US, and my workshops consistently receive strong feedback.
My approach is coaching style: I ask targeted questions, help participants generate their own insights, and translate those insights into repeatable habits. Sessions are highly interactive, using varied tools, peer practice, and real scenarios to embed behavior change.
