About the Host
I’m an ICF coach and facilitator, with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and over 10 years’ experience in Talent Development. I've recently completed a Group & Team Coaching qualification as part of my CCE. I bring a blend of psychological insight and real-world organisational understanding to every session.
I specialise in supporting working parents through the transition back to work. However, I also deliver sessions on wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable performance - helping individuals and teams move beyond surface-level advice to something more meaningful and practical.
My sessions are honest and reflective - creating space for people to step back, make sense of what’s going on and find ways of working that feel more sustainable and aligned.
Past Clients
I’ve delivered sessions both in-house and as an external facilitator, working with organisations including Groupon and Nectar, as well as running sessions for companies such as Marriott International, Emirates NBD, Fonterra, and Collectors.
