About the Host
I am a certified nutrition and well-being practitioner with a strong focus on translating complex health and lifestyle concepts into practical, accessible, and engaging group experiences. My work centers on helping individuals and teams better understand how everyday habits — such as nutrition, energy management, and focus — influence well-being, resilience, and performance in both personal and professional contexts. I have experience delivering interactive workshops and talks for diverse audiences, including corporate and international environments. My approach is evidence-informed yet grounded in real-life application, favouring clarity, simplicity, and participation over theory. I particularly enjoy creating sessions that invite reflection, discussion, and small actionable shifts, allowing participants to leave with tools they can immediately integrate into their daily routines. I work in English, French, and Polish, and I am comfortable adapting my facilitation style to different cultures, group sizes, and formats — online or in person.
