Workshop
Description
This interactive workshop invites participants to rediscover collaboration through movement, improvisation, and embodied play. Using techniques from improv theatre, physical awareness, and ensemble practice, we explore how openness, curiosity, and presence strengthen teamwork.
Through a series of guided exercises, participants will attune to the dynamics already present within the group, developing skills in deep listening, adaptability, and collective creativity. We will experiment with “yes, and” responses to cultivate a spirit of co-creation, where ideas are supported, expanded, and built upon together.
The process is light-hearted yet deeply revealing, offering insight into how each person’s way of taking and offering space can shape group flow. By the end of the session, participants will leave more connected, energized, and ready to collaborate with renewed trust and playfulness.
Benefits
Participants will leave feeling more connected, open, and creative. The workshop nurtures collaboration, resilience, and playfulness, helping teams communicate more effectively and approach challenges with renewed energy and trust.

About the Host
I am a theatre artist and community engagement professional dedicated to creating experiences that connect people through empathy, imagination, and shared purpose. With an MFA in Theatre & Performance from Rose Bruford College and Arthaus.Berlin, my work draws on embodied theatre, clown, and collaborative creation to foster authentic communication, play, and presence. I have led large-scale community and corporate events that bring people together across sectors to engage in meaningful action. My approach blends creative facilitation with social impact strategy, supporting individuals and teams to rediscover innovation, curiosity, and connection.
