Workshop
Description
A facilitated team coaching session that helps groups see clearly — together. Not a workshop with slides. Not a retrospective with sticky notes. A structured dialogue that moves through three phases: (1) Perceive — What is actually happening in the team right now? Participants share observations without evaluation. The facilitator creates a safe container for honest perception. (2) Reflect — What do these observations mean? Where are the patterns? What is the team avoiding, and what does it want more of? (3) Shape — What is one concrete commitment the team makes together, leaving this room? The session uses marora's from inner to outcome methodology: starting from individual experience and moving toward collective clarity and shared direction. No pre-work required. The team's own reality is the material.
Benefits
- Shared clarity: Teams leave with a common picture of where they are — not the official version, but the real one. This is the foundation for any meaningful forward movement.
- Psychological safety: The structured format creates the conditions for honest conversation — without blame, without performance. People say what they actually think.
- Alignment without force: Rather than imposing direction, the session surfaces what the team already knows — creating buy-in that is genuine, not manufactured.
- Actionable outcome: The session closes with one shared commitment — concrete, realistic, and owned by the team.
- Transferable facilitation model: Participants experience a dialogue structure they can use in their own team meetings going forward.
- Particularly valuable in moments of transition: After a difficult quarter, before a new phase, or when a team feels stuck — this session creates movement.

About the Host
Oliver Morina-Schmidt is the founder of marora, a Vienna-based consultancy specializing in leadership development, organizational transformation, and conscious team performance. Oliver brings 15+ years of experience in leadership, product development, and organizational consulting across Porsche Consulting, Heitger Consulting, George Labs / Erste Bank, UNIQA Insurance Group, and MAM Baby, where he served as Director of Global Product Development. Across these roles, a pattern became clear: organizations invest heavily in strategy, structure, and tools — while the inner conditions that make any of it work remain largely unaddressed. Purpose gets lost in process. Clarity gets replaced by speed. Performance becomes reactive. Having experienced this from the inside, Oliver developed marora — a methodology built on the conviction that lasting organizational performance starts with the people leading it, and that those people need more than frameworks. They need presence, clarity, and a way back to what drives them. marora works by a single guiding principle: from inner to outcome — development starts from within and shows up on the outside. Not as a philosophical stance. As a practical one. This principle unfolds across five interconnected fields: Presence (arriving before acting), Inner Clarity (knowing why you lead), Cohesion (building the trust teams perform from), Systems (seeing patterns, not just events), and Leadership (where all four become action). These are not sequential steps. They are one integrated movement — from awareness to outcome. For corporate groups, he designs sessions that combine breathwork and embodied presence practices with facilitated reflection and structured dialogue — helping teams slow down, connect, and act from clarity rather than pressure. He is also the creator of reflect by marora — an AI-powered reflection and coaching tool that extends the from inner to outcome methodology into daily work. marora.io language note: Oliver works primarily in the DACH region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). Therefore the homepage is primarily in german. Corporate sessions are available in German and English.
