About the Host
I am a London-based women’s health and skin specialist Nutritionist (BANT) and Nutritional Therapist (CNHC) and have a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I am VTCT qualified in Facial Massage and Skincare & Facial Electrics and have trained in Advanced Skin Resurfacing with The Skin Academy London.
With a decade of clinical experience, I am an expert in the interactions between food and lifestyle with female hormones, skin, mood and cognitive health, energy and metabolism. I have specialisms in skin and ageing well, and offer Nutritional Therapy via my online clinic, and bespoke facials, nutrition and skincare advice in person.
In my private nutrition practice, I help women of all ages to become attuned to their bodies and their moods, empowering them to take sustainable actions to meet their needs.
My approach draws on a range of different techniques to support and motivate clients, combining evidence-based nutrition advice with complementary strategies that support well-being as a whole. These include relaxation techniques, movement practices and a mindful approach to eating.
In my skin-focused work, I help women who are noticing hormonally-driven changes in their skin to feel confident again using a tailored mix of nutrition, lifestyle support, supplements, facial treatments and expert skincare guidance.
In my work with corporates and brands, I break down complex nutritional science, making positive change actionable and achievable in the workplace and everyday life.
I am registered with UK regulatory bodies BANT and CNHC, am fully insured and continually develop my professional knowledge via CPD and training.
