This masterclass is basically:
“Creative direction applied to leadership communication.”
THE BIG IDEA (What Makes It Innovative)
Most executive communication courses are:
-
corporate, dry, robotic
-
obsessed with frameworks but not identity
-
focused on “what to say,” not “how you land”
Your differentiator is that you teach executives to communicate like artists:
Executives don’t need to talk more.
They need to sound intentional, look aligned, and move through rooms like they belong there.
So the masterclass is built on 4 pillars:
4 PILLARS OF THE ARTIST EXECUTIVE
1) Songwriting = Executive Storytelling
Executives must pitch, lead, persuade, inspire, negotiate.
That’s songwriting.
Songwriting skills translated into business:
-
hooks → memorable messaging
-
verses → structured explanation
-
chorus → repeatable company narrative
-
bridge → tension + transformation (conflict resolution)
-
cadence → authority and calm
Result: they become more persuasive without sounding salesy.
2) Styling = Authority Engineering
Executives underestimate how much communication is visual.
Styling here is not “fashion.”
It’s strategic self-presentation:
-
silhouette = power language
-
fit = credibility
-
color = emotional messaging
-
texture = sophistication
-
consistency = trust
Result: they stop dressing “successful” and start dressing “inevitable.”
3) Language & Culture = Social Intelligence
Corporate success depends on reading people fast.
Your language/culture pillar teaches:
-
tone, politeness levels, warmth vs directness
-
how different cultures interpret confidence
-
how to speak to power without shrinking
-
how to build trust quickly across contexts
Result: they become globally effective and socially precise.
4) Communication = Performance + Control
Great leaders manage:
-
voice
-
pacing
-
silence
-
body language
-
conflict temperature
-
negotiation tone
-
written messaging discipline
Result: they get “executive calm” even in chaos.

ABOUT LUCA DI FABIO
Musician • Entrepreneur • Mentor
Creative Director & Strategist | Experiential Marketing | Event Producer | Artist Liaison
I’m Luca Di Fabio. I operate where music, culture, storytelling, and business strategy overlap. I build brands, develop creative direction, and produce high-impact experiences—while helping artists, teams, and companies communicate with clarity, confidence, and identity. My work is rooted in three pillars: musicianship, entrepreneurship, and mentorship.
I AM A MUSICIAN
Music is where I learned timing, presence, and emotional impact. I earned a Bachelor of Science from The New School (NYC), with coursework in music theory, ear training, and live performance. That foundation shapes how I approach communication: how to hold attention, structure a message, deliver with control, and create moments people remember.
Today, I work as Talent Booker & Event Producer for Music For a While | Hotel Alameda (NYC) (2025–Present), curating talent and producing immersive live entertainment for a luxury hotel club environment. I manage bookings, artist relations, performance logistics, and production execution while maintaining the balance between high-end hospitality and cutting-edge music culture. I also serve as Creative Consultant, Content Strategist & Event Producer for Live Axe & Soho Live (2024–Present), supporting the development of a live music venue through brand identity, programming, and content strategy.
I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR
I don’t just create—I build and scale. I’m the Founder, Creative Director & Editor in Chief of Mundane Magazine (2018–Present), leading editorial vision across digital, social, and print while overseeing creative direction, content production, partnerships, and brand storytelling. My work blends strategy and culture to turn creative platforms into real growth.
Notable collaborations include Pandora Music, HelloFresh, Lingoda (LINGODA x MUNDANE), Boy Smells, and a print distribution deal secured with Barnes & Noble. I’ve also cultivated high-profile artist and culture partnerships and features with names such as Mon Laferte, Rufus Wainwright, The Pixies, and Rebecca Black.
I AM A MENTOR
Mentorship is central to how I lead. At Mundane Magazine, I grew and guided a team of 10+ contributors, refining systems and creative standards across platforms. In events and venue work, I collaborate across marketing, operations, hospitality, artists, agents, and production teams—where calm execution and clear communication are non-negotiable.
I also bring direct teaching experience as a Guitar Instructor at Hendersonville Music Academy (2018), building personalized lesson plans, tracking progress, and preparing students for performance—shaping my mentoring style into a simple formula: clarity, repetition, and high standards.
My results are measurable: 200%+ year-over-year media growth, 60% reduction in business expenses over two years, 100K+ peak social views, 40% higher engagement, and 300% growth in unique monthly website visitors within 1.5 years. My work has been featured in Vogue Italy, Pause Online, TMRW Magazine, and Flaunt.
