Workshop
Description
Duration: 45–75 min | Format: Group workshop | Ideal for: Teams under pressure, leadership offsites, high-performance cultures
What I offer: A guided somatic experience that uses breath regulation, body scanning, and nervous system awareness to help participants discharge stress stored in the body, practically and immediately.
What participants do:
- Learn a 3-part breathing sequence drawn from somatic therapy and trauma-informed breathwork
- Practice a guided body scan to locate and release physical tension held from work stress
- Experience a short somatic grounding exercise they can use independently within 24 hours
Benefits
What participants gain:
- Immediate reduction in physiological stress response (heart rate, tension, mental fog)
- A personal, repeatable toolkit for nervous system self-regulation, no apps, no equipment
- Deeper body-mind awareness and the language to name what they're feeling
- Greater presence, focus, and emotional availability for the rest of the day
My differentiator: This isn't generic mindfulness. It's grounded in clinical somatic therapy and adapted for the boardroom. Participants are often surprised that something so brief creates a shift they can actually feel, not just intellectually understand.

About the Host
A 18+yrs spanning corporate leadership, organizational change, and clinical psychotherapy, I bring a rare dual lens to the room: the precision of a behavioral scientist and the warmth of a trauma-informed practitioner. Via my sessions, participants leave with tangible tools, a recalibrated sense of self, and a renewed capacity to relate to colleagues, to pressure, and to themselves. My personal flavor? I bring the rigor of evidence-based behavioral science into spaces that feel human, not clinical, and I do it across cultures, with Indigenous-informed humility and cross-cultural fluency baked in.
