Description
Participants will experience a transformative 75-minute journey that applies professional intimacy coordination techniques to workplace dynamics. Drawing from film industry best practices, attendees will learn to create psychologically safe spaces through structured vulnerability, consent-based communication, and boundary-setting protocols. The session begins with movement-based icebreakers that demonstrate how physical awareness translates to emotional intelligence. Participants then engage in guided exercises using "scene rehearsal" techniques - practicing difficult workplace conversations with clear consent frameworks and safety protocols. We'll explore the "choreography" of inclusive meetings, conflict resolution, and feedback delivery using tools directly adapted from film set intimacy coordination. Each participant will leave with a personalized "Workplace Intimacy Protocol" - a practical framework for navigating vulnerable professional moments with authenticity and respect.
Benefits
• Enhanced Psychological Safety: Teams learn to create spaces where vulnerability becomes a strength, reducing workplace anxiety and increasing authentic collaboration
• Improved Conflict Resolution: Participants master consent-based communication techniques that transform difficult conversations into opportunities for deeper understanding
• Increased Emotional Intelligence: Through movement and embodied exercises, team members develop heightened awareness of non-verbal cues and emotional boundaries
• Stronger Team Cohesion: Structured vulnerability exercises build genuine trust and connection while maintaining professional boundaries
• Reduced Workplace Harassment: Clear consent protocols and boundary-setting skills create safer, more respectful work environments
