Description

The Collective Canvas is a hands-on, collaborative mural experience designed to support team connection, creativity, and shared purpose. Participants work together on a large-scale mural using structured prompts focused on themes such as collaboration, perspective, and alignment.

The session begins with a brief introduction and framing of the theme. Participants are then guided to contribute to a shared mural by adding shapes, colors, patterns, and symbolic elements using paint, markers, or mixed media materials. Each person adds individual elements while responding to prompts that encourage awareness of how their contribution relates to the larger group composition. No artistic skill is required, and all instructions are clear, supportive, and optional.

The experience concludes with a brief group reflection on the creative process and how collaboration, decision-making, and shared vision showed up during the activity.

The experience includes:

  • A short introduction and creative framing
  • Guided collaborative mural creation on a shared canvas or paper surface
  • Clear prompts that support teamwork and creative contribution
  • A brief closing reflection on collaboration, process, and shared outcomes

Benefits

  • Encourages collaboration and shared creativity
  • Builds engagement through hands-on participation
  • Invites fresh perspectives and creative problem-solving
  • Creates a collective artwork the group builds together
  • Offers an enjoyable, low-pressure team experience
