Workshop

Description

Duration: 30–60 minutes

Format: Group Icebreaker & Team Connection Exercise

Description:

An energizing and heart-opening group experience that transforms strangers into collaborators through curiosity, laughter, and shared humanity.

Participants are seated in small groups and guided through a dynamic “common thread” discovery process — a conversation-based exercise designed to uncover surprising similarities, life experiences, and perspectives that go far beyond surface-level introductions.

After a few rounds of group exploration, Mo leads the room through a playful competition where tables share their wildest or most unexpected common threads, sparking energy and engagement across the entire space.

The session concludes with a grounding reflection on how curiosity builds connection and empathy — reminding participants that when we lead with curiosity, we leave with connection.

Ideal for conferences, summits, team kickoffs, or networking dinners.
