Description
Type: Interactive team experience
Ideal duration: 60–120 minutes
Description:
A facilitated team challenge inspired by escape-room dynamics, designed to strengthen collaboration, communication and creative problem-solving. Working in small groups, participants complete a series of puzzles, prompts or communication-based tasks that require them to listen carefully, think laterally, share ideas and work together under light time pressure – designed to energise rather than overwhelm. The experience is energising, memorable and highly interactive, with a debrief that links the activity back to workplace communication and team dynamics.
Activities may include:
- collaborative problem-solving challenges
- communication-based clues and team tasks
- activities that highlight listening, role clarity and decision-making
- debrief conversation to draw out team insights and patterns
- reflection on what supported or blocked effective collaboration.
