About the Host
A multi-disciplinary coach, facilitator, and theatre practitioner with over 15 years of experience in creative facilitation, resilience training, and leadership development. I integrate Gestalt therapy, theatre-based methods, and body-oriented approaches to create engaging, transformative experiences for teams and individuals. I have collaborated with universities, clinics, and corporate organizations across Germany, supporting leaders, teams, and professionals in navigating change, building resilience, and fostering authentic communication. My background as an actress, a Gestalt therapist, resilience trainer and grief counselor enables me to design and deliver sessions that are experiential, interactive, and deeply human, helping participants to connect, explore, and grow. I am passionate about creating spaces where people can develop clarity, creativity, and confidence, whether in the context of leadership programs, team development, or personal growth.
