Workshop
Description
This is a playful, embodied workshop using clowning principles to support self-discovery, authentic communication, and confident public presence. Participants are guided through a structured series of individual and group exercises designed to reveal how they naturally think, react, and connect with others.
The session begins with grounding and awareness exercises to bring participants into the present moment and establish a safe, supportive group dynamic. Attendees are then guided through foundational clowning tools such as curiosity, failure, impulse, and play, explored through simple movement, observation, and interaction exercises.
Participants engage in guided improvisations and partner/group activities that invite them to notice habits, vulnerabilities, and strengths in real time. Through facilitated reflection, they learn how to embrace imperfections, transform nervousness into presence, and use their authentic reactions as a source of confidence rather than self-judgment.
The workshop concludes with applied exercises focused on public presence, where participants practice speaking or leading in front of the group while using clowning tools to stay grounded, responsive, and connected.
This is not about being funny or performing, it is about being fully present, human, and at ease in front of others.

About the Host
A Colombian actress, holding an MFA in Acting for Film and a Bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts.
My professional path thrives through improvisation, theatre, and clowning, disciplines that have taken me to work and tour internationally across Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
My workshops create spaces where people who work together can truly meet one another. Through play, movement, and embodied exploration, I help teams build trust, unlock creativity, and communicate with greater authenticity and presence.
My approach is both rigorous and joyful: structured enough for professional environments, and playful enough to invite risk, connection, and innovation through the art of games with purpose.
