  1. PREPARING LIKE A PARALYMPIAN - prior planning and preparation prevents poor performance
  2. HUMAN PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE - full day immersive and inclusive
  3. FROM PERFORMACE TO PODIUMS - translating elite sport into buisness
  4. PERFOMANCE MINDSET LAB - practical 2 hour, mindset toolkit development
  5. ATHLETE AMBITION - 1/2 day, habits, mindset, decision making, reset and focus resilience, plan to win
  6. THE TEAM PLAYBOOK -  1/2 or full day , team cohesion, communication, trust, adaptability, emotional intelligence, decision making , strenghening culture
  7. THE INNER GAME - 2 hour or 1/2 day, mindset, fear, pressure, identity, failure, resilience, reflection and vision
  8. VISION MISSION - full day or retreat incorportation of all of the above, developing leadership, identity, culture, collective mission / vision

Dawn Venturas is a former Olympic Squad Athlete and Paralympic Sports Ccoaching Entrepreneur, specialising in talent identification and and long term athlete development. Her work sits at the intersection of sport, human development, and culture — using lessons from elite performance to shape mindset, leadership, and identity.

From representing Zimbabwe and competing across European circuits, to developing women in sport and pioneering Paralympic and youth pathways in Saudi Arabia, Dawn’s work is rooted in one philosophy: we build better humans first, then better performers. Through her corporate experiences, Dawn brings this world to life — helping teams reconnect, perform, and lead with purpose in alignment with a rapidly evolving global and regional landscape.

Today, she designs and delivers immersive experiences that develop mindset, leadership, resilience, and team culture — aligned with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030 and the future of human performance.
