Description
This interactive session explores how emotional states influence communication, expression, and collaboration through a structured creative process.
Participants are guided through a series of accessible exercises that combine breathwork, visual art, and reflection to better understand how internal states impact external communication.
The session begins with a short grounding exercise to support focus and presence. Participants are then introduced to a simplified version of the Zones of Regulation, identifying different emotional states (calm, low energy, heightened, overwhelmed) and how these may show up in workplace interactions.
Attendees are then guided through a sequence of hands-on creative activities, including intuitive drawing, color mapping, and pattern-based mark-making. These exercises allow participants to explore and express internal states in a non-verbal way, reducing pressure and increasing engagement.
Throughout the session, participants are encouraged to observe patterns in their expression and reflect on how these relate to communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
The experience concludes with a short reflection and optional group discussion, where participants can translate insights from the creative process into practical communication strategies.

I am a multidisciplinary facilitator with over 20 years of experience in art education, now working at the intersection of creativity, emotional awareness, and group dynamics.
My work combines visual art, reflective practices, and elements of behavioral science to create structured, engaging experiences that support communication, self-awareness, and collaboration. I design sessions that are accessible to all participants, regardless of artistic background, with a focus on participation, clarity, and connection.
