Description

Get ready to test your grit and your teamwork. The Gauntlet starts with a focused technique session where you’ll master the foundational movements of the day. Once the clock starts, you’ll be split into teams to tackle a series of stations.

The catch? No one moves until the whole squad finishes. Every rep counts, and every teammate matters. It’s a race against the clock—and the other teams—to see who can clear all stations before the buzzer sounds. Push your limits, support your crew, and finish first.

Benefits

Key Benefits

  • Total Body Conditioning: By combining high-rep exercises with short transition bursts, you develop both muscular endurance and cardiovascular power.

  • Skill Mastery: The initial coaching segment ensures you aren't just moving fast, but moving well, reducing the risk of injury and improving long-term strength.

  • The "Accountability Factor": Working in a team environment naturally pushes you to work harder than you would alone. You aren't just training for yourself; you're training for the win.

  • Metabolic Afterburn: The high-intensity nature of the "race" keeps your metabolic rate elevated long after you leave the gym, helping with fat loss and energy levels.

  • Mental Toughness: Completing high-volume reps under time pressure builds the mental discipline needed to push through plateaus in and out of the gym.

About the Host

To design and deliver exceptional sessions, I lean on the creative and operational skills I developed as the founder of **Fitness Finetic**. Much like the recipe R&D and product innovation I led for my health-food and sportswear brands , I approach class programming with a focus on meticulous preparation. This allows me to build structured fitness and yoga sessions that are adaptable, ensuring that whether someone is a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the movements are accessible and the progression is logical for their specific background.

In the studio, I bring a high-energy presence and a "consultative" approach to coaching that I’ve refined over 13 years. This means I don't just lead a class; I engage with the individuals in it, tailoring my guidance to meet a diverse group of people where they are. By focusing on stakeholder engagement and "consumer" experience, I create a welcoming environment where a genuine community can grow, ensuring every member feels supported and challenged in every session.
