Workshop

Description

In a world facing climate urgency, shifting workplace expectations, and persistent gender gaps, leaders can no longer treat sustainability and equity as separate issues. This workshop explores how cultural notions of “masculine” and “feminine” values have shaped business models and leadership styles — often driving short-term gains at long-term cost. Together, we’ll uncover how rebalancing these dynamics is key to addressing today’s sustainability challenges and building workplaces that are both future-ready and truly inclusive.

Benefits

Participants will leave with practical insights and actions they can take to contribute to lasting change.
