Description

This interactive corporate wellness and leadership session introduces a Traditional Chinese Medicine-informed framework for understanding energy, recovery, burnout prevention, and sustainable performance.

Using the metaphor “Run Your Body Like a Business,” participants learn to see the body as an intelligent operating system — with energy production, resource management, recovery cycles, early warning signals, and long-term capacity.

The session combines short teaching, storytelling, guided reflection, and practical discussion. Participants are invited to reflect on how they currently use their energy, where they may be overextending, and what small adjustments could help them protect clarity, resilience, and performance over time.

This is an educational and facilitative session, not a medical treatment or diagnostic consultation. It is suitable for leaders, entrepreneurs, managers, teams, and professionals who want to better understand the connection between wellbeing, energy, decision quality, and sustainable success.

Possible session flow:
- Opening story: the hidden cost of overperformance
- The body as a business system: energy, rhythm, recovery, and clarity
- Traditional Chinese Medicine-inspired view of depletion and resilience
- Interactive self-reflection: personal energy audit
- Group discussion: what sustainable performance really requires
- Practical takeaways for daily work, leadership, and recovery

About the Host

I am a Traditional Chinese Medicine educator, licensed acupuncturist, and wellness facilitator with extensive experience teaching complex health concepts in a clear, engaging, and practical way.

My work bridges ancient Chinese medicine wisdom with modern conversations around energy management, burnout prevention, sustainable performance, and leadership wellbeing. Through my clinical and teaching background, I help individuals and groups understand the body not only as a physical structure, but as an intelligent system of energy, rhythm, recovery, and resilience.

I have taught large groups of students and professionals in online and academic settings, and I am known for making traditional concepts accessible through practical metaphors, storytelling, and structured learning. My approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply human-centred.

For corporate and leadership audiences, I focus on helping people recognize the early signals of depletion, understand the hidden cost of overperformance, and develop a more sustainable relationship with their energy and health. My goal is to support leaders and teams in becoming more grounded, clear, resilient, and capable of sustaining meaningful success over time.
