About the Host

I'm an International Corporate Trainer and Executive Coach - ACC (ICF), EMCC Senior Practitioner. After over a decade partnering with executives across 4 continents, I've discovered what separates exceptional leaders from the rest; they unlock human potential through behavioural intelligence and neuroscience. My journey has been unconventional: I started studying large-scale human behaviours as a town planner, then spent nearly a decade in management roles with luxury powerhouses. This hands-on experience leading teams in high-pressure, excellence-driven environments taught me what truly drives performance. Eventually, I became fascinated by the most complex system of all: the human mind. This unique perspective shapes how I see leadership transformation as regeneration, whether we're talking about teams, cultures, or individual potential. From my luxury industry experience, I developed the "Luxus Leadership Principles™": principles that create excellence in any sector. Just as luxury brands obsess over every detail to create exceptional experiences, great leaders craft environments where excellence becomes inevitable. This approach combines the precision of luxury craftsmanship with the human touch that builds lasting relationships, creating leaders who inspire through both vision and meticulous execution. The results speak for themselves. Recent programmes achieved 86% improvement in overall work performance, with 83% of participants enhancing workplace relationships, 81% strengthening business management capabilities, and 80% boosting leadership confidence. I combine advanced psychometrics (Hogan, MBTI, DISC, REACH) with practical application.
