Description
(Immersive Executive & Team Development Retreat)
Description
Designed for executive teams, creatives, and mission-driven organizations, The Pilgrimage of Presence is a two- to three-day immersive retreat that integrates mindfulness, reflection, and olfactory artistry into a single cohesive developmental arc. Each day builds on the last—moving participants from decompression to creative emergence to collective visioning.
Day One – Grounding & Awakening
Participants arrive to a calming sensory environment and engage in guided mindfulness, breathwork, and silent reflection to release mental fatigue. Through structured dialogue, they identify key personal and organizational intentions for the retreat.
Day Two – Scent & Insight
Participants explore fragrance materials and creative exercises connecting scent, story, and strategy. Blending sessions, journaling, and small-group inquiry translate sensory experience into insight about leadership style, values, and communication.
Day Three – Integration & Visioning
The group synthesizes learning through collaborative ritual, dialogue, and planning exercises that align creativity with purpose. A custom “team accord” is created as a tangible symbol of the retreat’s discoveries and commitments.
This experience draws on your combined background in theology, psychology of religion, human-centered research, and perfumery practice to offer a retreat that is both reflective and results-oriented—transforming self-awareness into actionable leadership growth.

About the Host
I’m a creative facilitator and depth practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformative processes that bridge art, psychology, and spirituality. My work is rooted in helping people access the deeper dimensions of creativity and meaning—whether through movement, dialogue, ritual, or contemplative art-making. Across corporate, cultural, and retreat settings, I design and lead immersive experiences that foster authentic connection, emotional intelligence, and collective renewal. I move fluidly between languages of ultimacy—humanist, theological, and poetic—meeting people where they are while opening pathways toward inner awareness and shared purpose. I bring a structured yet soulful approach to facilitation: balancing play and reflection, presence and precision. Each session is designed to invite both individual insight and collective resonance—an experience that feels alive, grounded, and transformative. As a Culturist, my intention is to hold space where creativity becomes a spiritual act, and where inner work naturally gives rise to connection, vitality, and joy.
