Swap the hum of the air conditioner for the resonance of singing bowls. This session is designed specifically for those who spend their days navigating spreadsheets, back-to-back meetings, and the "tech neck" that comes with it.
We’ve paired a reparative slow-flow yoga session with an immersive live soundbath to help you transition from "work mode" to "wellness mode."
What to Expect

Targeted Release: We focus on the "office trio"—opening the chest, releasing the hip flexors, and decompressing the spine.

Sonic Immersion: As you move, the room will be filled with the vibrations of crystal alchemy bowls and gongs, designed to lower cortisol and quiet the mental chatter of your to-do list.

Mindful Transition: We begin with breathwork to signal to your nervous system that the workday is over, moving into accessible postures that require zero "pretzel" flexibility.

The Deep Rest: The class concludes with an extended Savasana, allowing the sound frequencies to wash over you for a state of total meditative recovery.

About the Host
To design and deliver exceptional sessions, I lean on the creative and operational skills I developed as the founder of **Fitness Finetic**. Much like the recipe R&D and product innovation I led for my health-food and sportswear brands , I approach class programming with a focus on meticulous preparation. This allows me to build structured fitness and yoga sessions that are adaptable, ensuring that whether someone is a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the movements are accessible and the progression is logical for their specific background.
In the studio, I bring a high-energy presence and a "consultative" approach to coaching that I’ve refined over 13 years. This means I don't just lead a class; I engage with the individuals in it, tailoring my guidance to meet a diverse group of people where they are. By focusing on stakeholder engagement and "consumer" experience, I create a welcoming environment where a genuine community can grow, ensuring every member feels supported and challenged in every session.
