Description

Overview

The Spiderweb is a dynamic, fast-paced team experience designed to sharpen strategy, build trust, and strengthen group coordination under time pressure. In this hands-on session, teams quickly learn how clarity, preparation, and collaboration directly influence performance — often seeing dramatic improvement in just two rounds.

What Participants Experience

Teams are presented with a life-size “spiderweb” made of interconnected openings at varying heights. Each participant must find their assigned passage and move through it without touching the web — a task that requires smart planning, mutual support, and precise execution. A single mistake impacts the entire team, making communication and collective ownership essential.

Benefits

🔹 Strategic thinking — Teams must plan, adapt, and allocate roles based on individual strengths.
🔹 Trust & support — Participants experience firsthand how safety, encouragement, and shared responsibility drive success.
🔹 Creative problem-solving — Groups quickly learn that inclusion and out-of-the-box thinking beats uncontrolled implementation.
🔹 Clear communication — Every move requires coordination, feedback, and real-time decision-making.
🔹 Psychological safety — Mistakes are analyzed openly and constructively, without blame.
