Description
This interactive session explores how intention shapes focus, awareness, and outcomes through a structured creative process combining visual art and reflection.
Participants are guided through a series of accessible drawing and creative exercises inspired by natural forms (such as leaves and organic line patterns). These activities help participants observe how attention, repetition, and small decisions influence the development of a larger outcome—mirroring how intention functions in both individual and team settings.
The session begins with a short grounding and focus exercise to support presence and clarity. Participants are then introduced to simple creative techniques such as contour line drawing and pattern-based mark-making, allowing them to slow down, observe more closely, and engage in a focused, process-driven activity.
Attendees will work with a variety of materials (e.g., paper, color media, and optional mixed media elements) to build layered visual compositions that reflect intention, growth, and direction.
Throughout the session, participants are encouraged to reflect on how their creative choices relate to focus, alignment, and collaboration in real-world contexts.
The experience concludes with a short reflection and optional group discussion, where participants can connect insights from the creative process to intention-setting and team alignment.

I am a multidisciplinary facilitator with over 20 years of experience in art education, now working at the intersection of creativity, emotional awareness, and group dynamics.
My work combines visual art, reflective practices, and elements of behavioral science to create structured, engaging experiences that support communication, self-awareness, and collaboration. I design sessions that are accessible to all participants, regardless of artistic background, with a focus on participation, clarity, and connection.
Through my platform, EdyMade, I have led workshops for children, adults, and organizations, with an emphasis on process-based creativity and inclusive facilitation.
