Workshop
Description
- Daily contrast protocol (sauna + ice) with live cortisol/DHEA tracking
- Breath-hold ladders paired with Stoic meditations (Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus)
- Progressive overload in body-weight circuits while maintaining meditative awareness
- The effects of strength training on resilience
Benefits
- 15–30 % increase in daily energy and recovery capacity (subjective + wearable data).
- Visible physical transformation + profound confidence boost (“I feel unbreakable”).
- Transferable skill: the same protocols that let you sit calmly in ice water now let you sit calmly through hostile board meetings or family crises.
Outcome: Participants leave with a 6-week protocol that simultaneously builds muscle, metabolic flexibility, and unbreakable mental composure.

About the Host
I'm a 34-year-old who's been coaching for 15 years. I mainly focus on neuropsychology. I've been flown to Bali and Bodrum multiple times, living with the client for a month to do 1-on-1 sessions. Essentially, what I do is an exploration of how everything in biology and neurology influences psychology, and how that dictates behavior.
