Description

A collaborative storytelling workshop that turns teams into co-authors. Through guided prompts, shared reflection, and light improvisation, participants build a collective narrative about who they are as a group—what drives them, what connects them, and what they value. It’s part creativity, part connection exercise, and fully energizing.

Benefits

  • Strengthens team connection through shared storytelling.

  • Encourages active listening and empathy.

  • Boosts creative confidence and collaboration.

  • Improves communication skills and trust.

  • Helps teams articulate their shared purpose and values.

Teams leave with a deeper sense of unity and a tangible narrative that captures their collective voice.

About the Host

I’m a writer and educator based in Los Angeles with a background in storytelling, mentorship, and emotional growth. My work lives at the intersection of creativity and empathy — helping people understand themselves and one another through narrative. Whether I’m leading reflective writing workshops or mentoring students, I’m most inspired by those quiet moments of clarity when someone connects with their own voice. I’d love to bring that same sense of curiosity and connection to Culture Vitale, creating sessions that help teams slow down, reflect, and rediscover their creative energy.
