A short, practical workshop designed to help people turn their important messages into vivid, emotionally engaging stories. Participants are invited to bring a real message they want to communicate, and leave with a short, powerful story that helps it land.
The session will cover:
• What's your message? - identifying the idea, change or principle you want to communicate.
• How do I choose my story?
• Building your story using specific, sensory detail and emotional clarity.
• A simple structure that takes the fear out of crafting your story.
Benefits
This session is perfect for anyone who wants to:
Bring clarity and emotional weight to their communication.
Make abstract or complex topics more engaging.
Connect with audiences or colleagues in a more human, memorable way.
You'll come away with a precious skill that will help become an inspiring communicator.

About the Host
I’m a creativity, storytelling and personal development facilitator with deep roots in broadcast—20 years as a producer for BBC Sport. I design immersive, lively sessions that straddle leadership, personal development, and creative thinking. I work with a diverse range of wonderful clients. I've collaborated with BBC Commissioners as they craft their briefings; prepared raw young talent to become the award-winning Paralympics presenters on Channel 4; built self belief and confidence in a room full of nervous teenagers and helped brilliant data scientists use stories to inspire the broadest possible audience with their work. My presentation style is relaxed, warm, and supportive—focused on helping people think more clearly, feel more confident, and deliver real, lasting results. Fluent in French and experienced across media, corporate, and cultural environments, I bring creativity and heart to every session.
