Description
In a distracted, busy, and stressful world, the ability to become fully present, to oneself and to others, is an essential capacity for wellbeing and leadership. This full-day experience invites participants to slow down, re-engage the senses, and explore the intelligence of the body as a source of clarity, calm, and creativity.
The levers for creativity, self-regulation, and authentic connection all depend on the quality of our internal state. Drawing from research in neuroscience and physical intelligence, this session cultivates practices that strengthen resilience, emotional balance, and imaginative responsiveness.
Through slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, participants develop dual awareness - the ability to remain connected to inner experience while attending to the world around them. This grounded attentiveness opens access to imagination and flow, enabling more adaptive and creative responses to complexity and stress.
The session blends science and embodied theatre practice in a space that is experiential, reflective, and restorative, leaving participants with a renewed sense of presence and agency in how they show up and engage with others.
This work is about building on the foundations of self-leadership.
