Workshop
Description
(Flagship Integrative Experience)
A high-impact immersive workshop for leaders and teams seeking to reconnect creativity, purpose, and presence. Drawing on psychology, theology, and the art of perfumery, this experience blends evidence-based contemplative tools with sensory exploration to unlock new ways of thinking and collaborating. Participants begin with grounding and breathwork to establish focus and calm. They then explore curated fragrance notes—woods for stability, citrus for clarity, florals for empathy—using scent as a catalyst for insight and dialogue. Guided journaling and reflective conversation help translate these sensory impressions into actionable learning about communication, leadership, and shared purpose. The session concludes with a symbolic creative exercise in which the group co-creates and names a “collective accord,” representing their renewed alignment and identity.

About the Host
I’m a creative facilitator and depth practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups through transformative processes that bridge art, psychology, and spirituality. My work is rooted in helping people access the deeper dimensions of creativity and meaning—whether through movement, dialogue, ritual, or contemplative art-making. Across corporate, cultural, and retreat settings, I design and lead immersive experiences that foster authentic connection, emotional intelligence, and collective renewal. I move fluidly between languages of ultimacy—humanist, theological, and poetic—meeting people where they are while opening pathways toward inner awareness and shared purpose. I bring a structured yet soulful approach to facilitation: balancing play and reflection, presence and precision. Each session is designed to invite both individual insight and collective resonance—an experience that feels alive, grounded, and transformative. As a Culturist, my intention is to hold space where creativity becomes a spiritual act, and where inner work naturally gives rise to connection, vitality, and joy.
