Description
Long before arguments are made, decisions and impressions are already taking shape.
This session invites participants to explore how their physical presence — posture, voice, movement, and energy — silently shapes conversations.
Using experiential activities rooted in perception, body awareness, and subtle interaction, the participants become more attuned to how they communicate power, openness, or hesitation — and how to shift it when needed.
Equally important: learning to read others. Participants will tune into subtle cues — tension, status, readiness, resistance — and develop strategies to adapt their presence in real time.
This isn’t about tactics or theory. It’s about how it feels to hold your ground, invite trust, or respond to pressure — bringing intention in how your body communicates..
Why it matters? Because presence is often the difference between resistance and resonance. In negotiations, the unspoken cues you send — and sense — can shift the entire tone of a conversation.
Benefits
• Nonverbal confidence and congruence
• Sharpened awareness of your own physical impact
• Reading physical cues in others (resistance, tension, openness) - in real time
• A clearer sense of how you are perceived (and why)
• Voice modulation
