Description

The War for Ourselves is an experiential workshop exploring self-abandonment, relational integrity, and belonging. Through guided reflection, paired exercises, small-group discussion, and optional creative embodiment activities, participants together explore the wounds, the stories we tell ourselves they disconnect us from self and others and the path towards reclaiming the self and our relationships.

Benefits

Participants gain clarity on patterns of self-abandonment and relational disconnection, while developing practical strategies to reclaim their sense of self and strengthen authentic connections. They build greater emotional resilience, relational integrity, and a deeper sense of belonging within themselves and their communities.
