About the Host
10 years as a systemic team and leadership coach, mindfulness teacher and practitioner as well as traditional Yoga teacher. My passion is to enable transformation – of individual life experience as well as company culture and team collaboration. My workshops and courses are experimental and interactive. My coaching style is empathetic and ressource oriented.
