The Wisdom of Systemic Work and Family Constellations

Experiencing strain in your work or personal relationship? Do miss belonging or can't you figure out why you cannot let go and walk your own path towards your own personal future? This can be due to invisible loyalties or distortions in the natural order of your system of belonging.

This taster session will revolve around interpersonal relations by working with systemic principles. I will introduce the high level principles of systemic work and family constellations to the group. We will let the participants explore the dynamics at play in some short exercises, as a group and smaller units.

Participants will be able to feel the principles governing interpersonal relations, how they are unwillingly at play in our families of origin, but also how these principles can be applied to the groups we work in.

Few personal constellations could be a possible follow up to this workshop, when there is more time available.
