Description

Most creative blocks aren't idea problems, they're body problems. When people are tense, distracted, or stuck in their heads, genuine creative thinking becomes almost impossible. Think With Your Whole Body is a hybrid session that removes that friction first, then puts it to work. Drawing on Emily's dual background as a brand strategist and embodied movement facilitator, this session bridges the gap between feeling good and thinking well, and produces real, tangible outputs in the process.

The session opens with a 15–20 minute breath and movement warm-up - short enough to feel accessible, long enough to genuinely shift the room. Participants notice the difference immediately: the energy loosens, the self-consciousness drops, and the thinking opens up. From there, Emily transitions into structured creative facilitation, guiding the group through a sequence of ideation exercises designed to surface new thinking, challenge assumptions, and generate momentum around a real challenge or theme. The close synthesizes what emerged and gives participants a clear, actionable takeaway.

Benefits

  • Removes the friction that typically blocks creative collaboration
  • Produces tangible creative outputs, not just a shared experience
  • Energizes and connects teams before deep work
  • Bridges wellbeing and productivity in a single session

About the Host

Emily's work lives at the intersection of movement, creativity, and strategy – three practices she sees as deeply connected. As a yoga instructor, breathwork guide, and brand facilitator, she brings a distinctive rhythm to her sessions: grounded enough to settle a room, energizing enough to spark real momentum. Whether she's leading a functional movement flow, a team communication workshop, or a creative ideation session, her approach is always the same: meet people where they are, and help them go somewhere better. Having worked across global teams and industries, she brings a rare blend of creative vision and logistical precision that makes her sessions as well-crafted as they are felt.
