Workshop
Description
Participants engage in a structured ritual process designed to facilitate deep transition. The experience integrates storytelling, a contemplative walk in nature, and a symbolic act of surrender to create internal clarity. The session includes:
- Honoring Seasonal Transitions: Aligning with natural cycles (e.g. Vernal/Autumnal Equinox, Summer/Winter Solstice) to ground the experience.
- Reflective Review: A guided inquiry into the previous year, semester, or quarter to distill lessons and patterns.
- Anchoring in the Present: Cultivating an awareness of the current state of being and/or organizational reality.
- The Art of Letting Go: Clearly articulating and identifying thoughts, memories, projects, organizational legacy or individual habits that no longer serve you.
Benefits
- Mental and Emotional Clarity: Creates a dedicated sanctuary to process complex challenges and uncertainty. By clearing emotional clutter, it enhances self-confidence and restores a sense of reassurance.
- Transition Mastery: Provides a robust container for letting go of the old and intentionally creating space for emergence—allowing the next phase to arise naturally.
- Embodied Wellbeing: Uses place-based rituals to ground the body and soothe physical tension. Participants learn to ignite their sense of Biophilia, finding balance even in environments with no direct access to nature.
- Transformative Self-Awareness: Promotes a deeper understanding of personal narratives, allowing for a shift in perspective that unlocks new creative potential and systemic insight.

About the Host
As an ecological artist and systems thinker, I have dedicated my life to inquiring into the theme of the “Human Animal” — a quest to attain wholeness as a living being in a fragmented world.
With over two decades of meditation practice and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, I guide individuals and organizations to "Give Space" for what truly wants to emerge. I believe that shift happens when we reconnect with the essence of life — whether in nature, the built environment, our work settings, our relationships, or within our own skin.
By activating our Biophilia (innate connectivity to nature) and ecological narratives, I help shift our organizational and personal cultures beyond the Anthropocenter. My purpose is to cultivate environments where we can function not just as "resources," but as vital parts of a living, regenerative ecosystem.
