Workshop
Description
Duration: 90 min workshop
Format: Interactive experiential session
Languages: English, Russian
The challenge: Impatience has become an epidemic-level phenomenon in modern organizations. We struggle to wait, find words, or hold back where necessary. Everything must be ready yesterday, thinking must be fast, results immediate. This leads to lost connection with ourselves and others with catastrophic consequences we recognize too late.
What the workshop explores:
- The phenomena of patience and impatience, and their extreme states
- Where patience "lives" in us, how impatience moves through us — understanding these "forms of feelings"
- The boundary between creative waiting and stagnation, between proactive participation and pressure
- How to transform states we fall into "automatically" through practice and exercises
The core principle: In true patience, forces of love are at work. This workshop teaches the art of self-transformation in this domain, helping participants understand what they're truly dealing with when experiencing impatience.
Through embodied and non-verbal methods, participants learn to:
-
Recognize how suppressed impatience or forced patience distorts decision-making
-
Release accumulated inner pressure and restore clarity
-
Reconnect with natural timing, agency, and grounded action
This work supports emotional regulation, resilience, and conscious leadership, especially in high-pressure, high-responsibility environments.
Ideal for:
- Leadership teams experiencing burnout or pressure
- Organizations struggling with rushed decision-making
- Teams needing to balance urgency with thoughtfulness
- Leaders seeking to develop more sustainable working rhythms
