About the Host
I am a Life Coach, Wellbeing and Learning &Development specialist with over 25 years’ experience working with FTSE 100 organisations, charities and leaders. I integrate physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, specialising in emotional change, inclusive culture, leadership wellbeing and menopause support. I am an ICF-accredited Life Coach and a HeartMath Consultant and Coach, bringing neuroscience, emotional regulation and heart-centred leadership into organisational life.I work with organisations to embed wellbeing as a strategic, cultural and human priority — not a wellbeing initiative of the month. Through an integrated physical, mental and emotional framework, I support leaders and teams to build resilience, emotional intelligence, inclusion and sustainable performance. My work enables organisations to navigate change with greater compassion, clarity and stakeholder alignment, while cultivating psychologically safe cultures where people can thrive, not just survive.Menopause is a core and deeply personal area of my work. I support leaders, 1:1 clients and organisations to understand menopause through a compassionate, evidence-based and whole-person lens. My approach addresses the physical, mental and emotional impacts of menopause, helping individuals navigate this transition with confidence, clarity and self-trust, while supporting organisations to create informed, inclusive and stigma-free cultures. By normalising menopause in leadership and workplace conversations, I help people remain visible, valued and empowered at every stage of life. I work in person but also online as appropriate
