Workshop

Description

Art unlocks a dynamic pathway for corporate teams to explore new perspectives—a resource often untapped in most businesses. Through thoughtfully designed workshops, employees embark on an integrated journey of personal reflection and collaborative engagement, tailored precisely to their company’s goals and context.

Participants are guided through a chosen art technique—whether drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage—using a current relevant topic, or question, as inspiration for their work. The experience concludes with a team exhibition, reinforcing collaboration and turning creative expression into a unifying, visual hallmark of the team's journey.

Each session invites open exploration and experimentation, merging abstract concepts with tangible words and imagery to produce a memorable collective artwork. The resulting piece fosters pride, strengthens a sense of belonging, and serves as a visible anchor for shared values and achievements. Every workshop is personalized to address the team’s distinct challenges and objectives, ensuring relevance, impact, and lasting takeaway.

Benefits

These art-based workshops invite corporate teams to:

  • Connect and express what’s present in the moment.
  • Use emotions and hands-on art to make ideas stick in memory.
  • Create unique artworks as lasting reminders—transform your collective experience into something tangible, ready to be displayed.
  • Meaningful shared experience that deepens connection and unity among team members.
  • Elevated pride sparked by hands-on creative accomplishment, motivating ongoing engagement and ownership.

About the Host

I am a visual artist and creative facilitator with over 20 years of international experience at the intersection of art, education, and storytelling. As an artist I create works that invite audiences to discover connections between the visible and invisible, the material and emotional, the intimate and the collective. Central to my practice are the enactment of rituals to foster personal and collective narratives. My career has taken me to live and work in multiple cities, developing projects and workshops that connect people with their creativity and their stories. Drawing from my experience as a professional artist, architect, and design coach, I guide participants to use hands-on creative techniques as practical tools for stress relief, clarity, and self-expression. I have guided this intuitive creative process with students and professionals across Europe. Through art, corporate participants experience an integrated journey of individual reflection and shared engagement, tailored to each company’s current aims and context.
