Description
Attendees are guided through a series of creative writing exercises designed to help them explore their creativity without judgment. Through a series of short writing "sprints" we relax into our own creative flow. These exercises are designed to pull us out of our daily thinking and help us focus in new ways. Especially now with so many of us turning to AI to help with creative tasks, this is a great opportunity to re-connect with our own creative muscles and see where they take us. Sessions are fun, interactive, and dynamic. Participants are not required to share anything they write (and they are encouraged to write in whichever language they feel most confident in), helping to foster a safe and inclusive space for all.
Benefits
New tools for creative expression and brainstorming; Provides a mindful break from technology to reduce stress; Strengthens focus and flow; Improves communication skills and collaboration between team members
