Workshop

Description

An experiential workshop designed to strengthen awareness of how we listen, speak, and participate in teams. Through interactive theatre-based methods, participants explore what holds people back from contributing, surface hidden tensions and power dynamics, and practice healthier ways of engaging in problem-solving conversations.

Benefits

This session helps teams move beyond surface-level discussions into more honest, productive dialogue. Participants gain a deeper understanding of their personal and collective listening styles, recognize patterns of non-participation, and uncover the unspoken forces that shape team dynamics. Together, they co-create strategies for communication that encourage inclusion, build trust, and enable clearer, braver collaboration.

About the Host

I am a theatre facilitator with over a decade of experience designing and leading workshops for diverse groups across India, Singapore, and London. Now based in Stockholm, I work with corporate teams and leaders to strengthen collaboration, communication, and creativity in the workplace. Using theatre-based methods such as role play, improvisation, image theatre, and forum theatre, I create interactive spaces where teams can rehearse new ways of working together. My workshops focus on building trust, shared autonomy, and mutual respect; helping participants to reduce stress and burnout while enhancing performance and job satisfaction.
