Workshop
Description
A candid, thought-provoking session led by an HR leader who has implemented AI tools across multinational teams in real organizational settings. Attendees are first guided through a live demonstration of AI in action across core HR and leadership tasks — from performance feedback generation to recruitment screening — experiencing firsthand what AI does well and where it falls short. The group then participates in a structured debate exercise where pairs are given the same workplace scenario, one resolved by AI output and one by human judgment, and must identify the gap. The session closes with each participant mapping their own "AI boundary line" — a personal framework they take away defining where they will and won't delegate decisions to technology in their leadership practice.
Benefits
- perspective — Attendees gain a genuinely fresh lens on AI, moving beyond hype and fear toward a grounded, personal view of its role in their leadership
- Confidence — Leaders leave with a clear, self-defined framework for AI decision-making, reducing anxiety and hesitation around technology adoption
- Alignment — Teams and leadership groups develop a shared vocabulary and common principles around AI use, reducing friction and miscommunication
- Engagement — The hands-on debate and live demonstration format keeps energy high and makes abstract concepts immediately tangible
- Resilience — By confronting the AI question head-on rather than avoiding it, leaders build the mental readiness to navigate ongoing technological disruption with composure

About the Host
HR Leader & AI Educator passionate about the future of human work. With 16+ years of international experience at premium brands across Europe — including Red Bull, Mars, and Kantar — I've spent my career at the intersection of people, culture, and transformation.
Today, my focus is on what truly matters: how we use technology — particularly AI — not to replace human connection, but to create more space for it. More time for creativity, for presence, for the things that make us feel alive. But beyond the corporate world, I'm deeply curious about wellbeing, happiness at work, and how leaders can build cultures where humans genuinely thrive — not just perform.
