Description
Coaching leadership workshop for managers at all levels, an interactive introduction training in coaching skills for managers. The workshop guides the participants into an experience of coaching leader behaviours and skills, through deliberate exercises, with feedback sessions and learning reflections. The deliberate exercises have a clear purpose, they are well tested and create learning and a firsthand experience of what coaching leadership means and how it is practised.
Benefits
The main benefit is a first-hand experience of what coaching can bring to the leader role, and how that can benefit teamwork and well-being, in creating ideas or solutions to issues at hand, and how that can motivate both the coaching leader and team members. It might also solve an issue or two on the spot, create new ideas, find alternative ways forward, for an individual or a team, in how they work, or to improve a product or a service.

About the Host
I am a Doctorate Researcher and a Master Executive Coach accredited by APECS. My research and practice is focused on Leader and Leadership Development training, including individual and team coaching, a coaching approach is also at the base of how I work as a leader and leadership training facilitator, corporate, leader, and team coach. I have been a professional coach since 1990, with experience from a wide range of industries, and a wide range of assignments in organisational- and leadership development, executive and team coaching, facilitating management teams in strategic planning, organising different events and performing presentations to boards and bigger audiences.
Travel Locations
I deliver mainly around Stockholm, but also around Sweden, the Nordic countries and I can travel the rest of Europe, and the US (depending of length of assignment).
Certifications & Credentials
Master Executive Coach, certified by APECS (Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors), I am Doctoral Researcher at UWTSD (University of Wales: Trinity Saint David), and for my company I have a liability insurance.
