Description

In Writing from the Inside Out, participants are guided through a series of creative writing prompts designed to spark self-reflection, imagination, and emotional clarity. Through storytelling and light discussion, teams explore how narrative can build empathy, deepen communication, and restore creative energy.

No writing experience needed—just curiosity and openness. By the end of the session, participants leave with renewed focus, self-awareness, and a sense of shared connection.

Benefits

  • Enhances team connection through shared reflection and storytelling.

  • Boosts creativity by unlocking authentic self-expression and imagination.

  • Reduces stress through mindful writing and self-awareness exercises.

  • Improves communication by encouraging empathy and active listening.

  • Supports emotional wellbeing by giving participants space to process thoughts and feelings.

  • Inspires clarity and confidence—participants leave feeling more centered and energized.

Participants gain practical tools to express themselves clearly, collaborate with empathy, and bring more mindfulness and creativity into their daily work.

About the Host

I’m a writer and educator based in Los Angeles with a background in storytelling, mentorship, and emotional growth. My work lives at the intersection of creativity and empathy — helping people understand themselves and one another through narrative. Whether I’m leading reflective writing workshops or mentoring students, I’m most inspired by those quiet moments of clarity when someone connects with their own voice. I’d love to bring that same sense of curiosity and connection to Culture Vitale, creating sessions that help teams slow down, reflect, and rediscover their creative energy.
