Workshop
Description
A slow and grounding practice focused on long-held postures to release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind. Ideal for stress reduction and recovery.
Benefits
A slow-paced and deeply restorative practice aimed at releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and promoting mental clarity.
The session opens with a gentle arrival moment, guiding participants into stillness through breath and body awareness. Participants are then led through a series of floor-based postures held for several minutes, targeting connective tissues and encouraging deep release in areas commonly affected by stress (hips, lower back, shoulders).
Support such as cushions or blocks is used to ensure comfort and accessibility, allowing the body to gradually soften without effort. Throughout the practice, guidance is offered to cultivate awareness, regulate the breath, and support a state of relaxation.
The session ends with a guided relaxation or short meditation, helping participants integrate the experience and return to a balanced, grounded state.

About the Host
I am a DO osteopath and yoga teacher specialized in an integrated approach to wellbeing, with a particular focus on women’s health, nervous system regulation, and functional movement.
My work combines osteopathy, functional yoga, breath awareness, and trauma-informed practices to create accessible and meaningful experiences for people of all levels. I regularly work with individuals in different stages of life, including pregnancy, post-partum, and stress-related conditions and I design sessions that support physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
I would love to offer short, engaging wellbeing sessions that help participants reconnect with their body, release tension, and improve focus and energy in a practical and approachable way. My sessions can combine gentle movement, breathing techniques, and simple awareness practices, making them suitable for corporate teams and mixed-level groups.
My goal is to create experiences that are calm, inclusive, and effective, helping people feel better in their body and more present in their daily life.
