Description

A gentle, grounding yoga session designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and emotional balance. The practice combines slow, mindful movement, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness to help participants shift out of chronic stress and into a state of calm focus.

Drawing from Vinyasa-inspired flow, Yin Yoga, and subtle breath-based techniques, the session is accessible to all levels and adaptable to different bodies and needs. The emphasis is on sensing, not performing — encouraging participants to listen to their bodies, slow down, and restore a sense of safety and ease.

This experience is especially beneficial for individuals and teams experiencing high workloads, mental fatigue, or prolonged stress, offering a practical and embodied tool to reset and recharge.

Benefits

– Nervous system regulation and stress reduction

– Improved focus and emotional balance

– Reduced physical tension

– Enhanced body awareness and resilience

About the Host

I am a ceramic artist and yoga teacher based in Lisbon. My work combines ceramics, movement, and mindfulness, creating spaces for grounding, self-connection, and community through embodied creative practices.
I have over five years of experience as a yoga teacher and have been practicing yoga for more than twelve years. I teach Vinyasa Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, and incorporate elements of Kundalini yoga, with a strong focus on breath, presence, and nervous system regulation.
Alongside my yoga practice, I create functional ceramic pieces using hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques, and facilitate beginner-friendly ceramic workshops. My work aims to offer accessible, restorative experiences that support wellbeing, creativity, and reconnection with the body and hands.
