  • Welcome & Centering: grounding breath and intention

  • Gentle Warm-up: release tension in neck, shoulders, and spine

  • Main Sequence: energizing standing poses, balance work, and desk-friendly stretches

  • Breathing & Stress Management: techniques to use anytime during the workday

  • Relaxation & Mindfulness: guided relaxation to return to work calm and refreshed

About the Host

Yoga+mindfulness Teacher Cayetana Rodenas is a natural-born communicator, seamlessly blending her talents as an actress, presenter, and yoga instructor. Born in Madrid, she pursued early training in dramatic arts, singing, and dance, later complementing those with a degree in education (Magisterio). Her path to yoga began during her time living abroad in Australia, where she became immersed in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. She completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training at the Australasian Yoga Institute in Melbourne and later on her Yoga Allaince International Master degree. Upon returning to Spain, Cayetana led her own yoga center for seven years, offering classes in Ashtanga, dynamic yoga, minfulness and private sessionns for individuals and companies. Besides she regularly offers masterclasses and workshops all over the world She also founded Yoga&Kids in 2008, through which she delivers teacher trainings. Cayetana Rodenas +1 In parallel with her yoga work, Cayetana has built a career in media and presenting. teaching yoga in an spanish TV program As a yoga teacher, Cayetana offers individual sessions, tailored to each person’s needs. In these one-on-one classes, she listens first, adapts the practice to the student’s condition (age, physical state, mood), and integrates tools for life beyond the mat—breathing, awareness, habitual shifts. Cayetana is bilingual (Spanish/English), having lived abroad in Australia and the U.S., which allows her to present and teach fluently in both languages.
