A brief explanation of the principles behind this ancient practice, how it affects the nervous system, and why it is uniquely effective for modern workplace/life stress. -
Guided Yoga Nidra Session
A structured journey using body scans, breathwork, visualisation, and sensory awareness to lead participants into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep. -

Tor Hansson is a facilitator, curriculum designer, and process leader whose work explores the intersection between human consciousness, innovation, and collective intelligence.
