Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice designed to help participants enter a state of profound relaxation while maintaining full conscious awareness. This immersive experience invites attendees to step away from the demands of every day life and into a deeply tranquil state.

What I Will Offer (Detailed Inclusions):

  • Introduction to Yoga Nidra
    A brief explanation of the principles behind this ancient practice, how it affects the nervous system, and why it is uniquely effective for modern workplace/life stress.

  • Guided Yoga Nidra Session
    A structured journey using body scans, breathwork, visualisation, and sensory awareness to lead participants into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep.

  • Optional (if requested, we decide together):

    • Aromatherapy support using essential oils to promote relaxation and cognitive clarity.

    • Short reflection or journaling session to integrate insights.

  • Closing Integration
    Gentle grounding techniques and practical tools attendees can use at work—such as mini-reset breathing methods, and relaxation techniques—to maintain their experience long after the session.

Tor Hansson is a facilitator, curriculum designer, and process leader whose work explores the intersection between human consciousness, innovation, and collective intelligence. Living with a deep fascination for how individuals and groups learn, transform, and collaborate, Tor has spent his career creating environments where growth becomes tangible and ideas move from inspiration to action. Over the past decade, he has designed and delivered more than 50 retreats focused on inner work, group development, and experiential learning. This depends on the workshop I offer. But often times I want them to fit in a circle on chairs. Have a good sound setup (microphone and good speakers), whiteboard & projector.
